Everything is super high level! I am a bit critical with reviews usually and like to be fair so host can improve and guests can know where to go, but to be honest, this is the first hostel I have been that I don’t have any negative pointers, it is super high level! Loved it and stayed there twice already.

We had a fantastic stay at The Hava Ubud! What really stood out was the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of tasty options to start the day. We also really enjoyed the spa; the massage was very relaxing and the facilities were impressively clean and well-maintained. Another major plus was the hotel's central location. It made getting around Ubud so easy and convenient, allowing us to explore everything without any hassle. We highly recommend The Hava Ubud for a comfortable, enjoyable, and perfectly located stay!

Swan Paradise was an amazing experience to visit this breathtaking resort. This amazing property gave me the amazing Bali jungle feeling I was looking to experience. The landscaping on the property was top tier. Wonderful restaurant that delivered delicious breakfast & dinner. Super friendly staff that made me feel comfortable & welcomed at all times. The main pool was wonderful and provided excellent deep water swimming on hot Bali days. My room was spacious and well kept each day. 10/10 Thank you Swan Paradise for such a high quality experience. 🙏🏻 100% would visit again on a future trip.

We had the best stay at Weda Cita, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were celebrating my partners 30th birthday and they pulled out all the stops. Nothing was too much for them, breakfast was lovely, room service for dinner was very yummy! Room was modern and comfortable, bathroom was very spacious and clean. We used the spa facilities too and got a great offer for a full body massage and head massage which was amazing!! The pool facilities and sun beds were very comfortable and always plenty of space! The location is good, if you are up for walking it’s around a 30 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. It was very warm but we enjoyed stretching our legs. The hotel were able to help us book taxis to get to all of the sites and were on hand whilst we were out and about if we needed help to get back. Couldn’t recommend them enough! We hope to come back soon! Thank you so much for the best time in Ubud! Special mention to Dewi and Indah for everyone you helped us with!!

This place is amazing!!! * location: 10/10 if u need to stay in Ubud centre, just walking distance to everything and for the farthest locations you can just grab a gojek. Extra point: super quiet, couldn’t hear any rooster singing at sunrise 🤣 * Room: crystal clean, super new furniture, well equipped with safety box, good size closet, fridge, complementary water and coffee/tea, hairdryer. Mattress is something else! One of the best lately slept on. Just renovated marble bathroom. Nice design as well. Huge walk-in shower!!! Net above the bed (the main reason why I picked this hotel as I’m a bug freak🤣). Lovely outdoor porch overlooking a beautiful leafy garden. * Breakfast: once again, what to say? The best pancakes in the world! And the sweetest fruit selection I had in Bali so far. You pick one out of 12 dishes list, fruits, coffee or tea are included. If I can suggest, I’d probably include some lil croissant or baked product or bread with a choice of basic eggs to feel it really complete. * Staff: cannot express the warmth and the welcome they gave to me. Everyone smile and affection and genuine care for myself. The girl at the breakfast service with her smile, the concierge guys who never complained for carrying my heavy luggage, the gardener always swiping the garden, and Katut, the manager. This guy is amazing! Always checking in on me and up for a good chat. A real professional also at arrival when I showed a bit of disappointment as I had messaged the office many times with no response. As a manager myself, I’m so happy to see when people know how to deal with tired/frustrating customers! Some staff js new and they are learning and it honestly melts my heart in seeing how much effort these people are putting into work to make everything flawless. * The place has been renovated and opened last year and you can tell they are working to strive the best.

I don’t know where to start, because everything was above my expectations, really. I was here with my wife for our honeymoon and stayed for 4 nights. It was not enough, we would have wanted to stay longer. The room was big and clean. The bed was super great and we got good quality sleep. We stayed at the -5 floor were are the rooms that have a small private pool and access to the big public pool. From the big pool you can access the jacuzzi too. The staff goes over the top to make sure that you have an amazing stay. They also have a spa facility on their premises that offer very relaxing massages. We were in the spa two times during our short stay. We will come back next year, for sure
