The views from the lodge were breathtaking, and it was close to main attractions of the island. The best thing about our stay was our host Brenda, she really made us feel welcome and taken care of in the lodge! Such a sweet and kind spirit. The comforts in the lodge were amazing, we had the best sleep in there.

Breakfasts are provided each morning, and Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Had an excellent time at Ard Einne. Place was spotless with a quaint room with an amazing view overlooking the beach and island. Clodagh checked us in and gave us a detailed recommended itinerary of things to do which we did and saw amazing sights like the old ruins/beaches/serpents lair. Breakfast was good with a few options including vegetarian if you wanted.

The hotel is in the heart of the Gaeltacht where the Irish language is still spoken. In the local area there are good walks, boat rides and Dun Aongusa Fort. The hotel staff went above and beyond. I got a free upgrade into a chalet with a beautiful sea view. The pan fried sea bass I had for dinner was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean and all the staff were great, particularly Joanna on reception who arranged for my phone charger to be put on the ferry to the mainland, after I left it in my room, and the hotel manager who took it down to the ferry port. Cannot fault this hotel, highly recommended.
