United KingdomWe stayed at Medalio Boutique Gangtok for one night in June with family, and had a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight for us was the rooftop view overlooking the Rumtek Monastery - absolutely stunning and peaceful!
The breakfast buffet was also a great start to the day, with a good variety and freshly prepared options. The staff was courteous and helpful, making our short stay feel very comfortable.
Overall, it was a well-located, cozy place with beautiful views and great hospitality. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Gangtok!

It's a really really good, new, clean, well furnished, well maintained, beautiful and spacious property. The property is managed by the family itself so they are really humble, helpful and sweet..♥️

Everything was good! Good location (easy and cheap connectivity to town centre), helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet choice, clean rooms/toilets/furnishings, pretty decent in-house restaurant.

Hello Home is very cozy, comfortable and homely. Property is very clean! Great communal areas to chill and lovely views. Food was also great and family lovely too! Soman was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
Good location- near the monastery and amongst the forest. Only thing to note is wrong location on booking.com. Property is actually a few km outside of Pelling.

The property is quiet big and spread-out location, it's view point and a walking surrounding the property is pretty enjoyable. It's just opened for the tourist few month back. The cleanliness is superb. Staffs are helpful. Of you want to enjoy the serenity of nature and a peaceful stay in an affordable price ,then it is the place .

Few things that I absolutely loved about the property was-
1. Cleanliness- the property is relatively new , very clean and tidy
2. Amenities
3. Location - Close Proximity to mg marg ( just around 350 meters from mg marg)
4. Service and the staff who were extremely kind and helpful .

The Hotel was surprisingly tidy, neat and clean. The room was small but had all the basic amenities. The bed was huge comfortable and cosy.
I loved how spic and span the room was. Everything from the bedsheets, blankets to linen looked fresh and clean.
Room service was prompt and Dorjee Da made all the arrangements for us for the tour. He was really helpful and courteous.
Maybe a balcony or a view would have been awesome but we knew what we signed up for so no complaints.
All in all it was a really good deal and value for money.
