The Oasis Holiday Home & Restaurant está ubicado en Gangtok, a 3,1 km de Monasterio Do Drul Chorten y a 4,8 km de Mirador Ganesh Tok. The staff were exceptional. They helped carry our suitcases from the bus stop when we arrived and back to the bus stop early in the morning when we left. Hot water was available 24/7. The food was reasonably priced—similar to other restaurants and hotels—and the quality was very good.

The Property is decorated & maintained to a high standard, all the amenities worked consistently with no problems, felt more like a quality Hotel with the added touch of a Homestay. The owners/hosts are very kind, genuinely hospitable, hard working & incredibly helpful, the food was always freshly prepared & very tasty, (I highly recommend eating dinner here, you won't be disappointed). The location is good, away from the hustle & bustle of the town with amazing views of the valley. You will get a room key & can come & go as you like so (just like a Hotel) so don't be put off by it being a Homestay, our overall experience was excellent from the point of booking to our departure the communication & information was first class, arranging Taxis & helping plan our trip. A special mention to Nima & his wife who helped care for my daughter when unwell & whose company I was very happy & grateful to share, wonderful. Thank you for a great stay 🙏

Alisa and her small team at Di-Lac made our stay just perfect. Delicious breakfasts and dinners were served with helpful hints and tips for our visit to the area. She kindly organised taxis and excursions for us which we were so grateful for. Thank you so much! The hotel itself is a few kilometres above Gangtok. We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony which I thoroughly recommend. Waking up to a fantastic view where the clouds kissed the mountains below really shouldn’t be missed. If you want to be surrounded by the hustle and bustle of MG Marg don’t stay here but if you want peace and quiet, fabulous views and the beautiful sound of birdsong, look no further.

I really like the ambience and the vibes here are really calming. My children also enjoyed the place and the staff here were soft spoken and child friendly too. The food was also good be it paneer tikka or dal fry. Their signature dish was really good.

The comfort of the large apartment and hospitality of the owners was exceptional. The family went out of their way to welcome me into their home and this had real value to me as a solo traveller. I wish I had planned a longer stay!

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were genuinely helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the experience smooth and welcoming. Complimentary snacks and essentials were a thoughtful addition and much appreciated. The food stood out the most - flavorful, fresh, and far better than what most homestays offer. Overall, a stay that exceeded expectations, and I would happily return.
