The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. Fantastic staff all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing many varieties of pastries and hot cold choices. Rooms and hotel in general very nice new look feel. Lots to do in area many great restaurants. They even recommend some very good ones. Parking a breeze! Top choice for stays for sure.

M Club De Luxe B&B is set in a refurbished 15-th century building, located in the pedestrian-only shopping area of Ravenna. I liked everything about the property. The location was perfect for exploring Ravenna. The host and owner was charming and lovingly renovated his ancestral home. The room was charming and the breakfast was rich and delicious
