We arrived late and they picked us up from the bus stop. Once we dropped our bags they insisted on driving us into town for dinner and picking us up again as it was so late. Our room was newly renovated which was not shown in the pictures, so it was a pleasant surprise. The included breakfast was fantastic, the eggs were delicious, and Lucia was so very friendly and b accommodating each morning, always checking in on us. We have travelled Europe extensively, and this was by far our favourite accommodation, plus the views are out of this world. Thanks again Katia, Emilio & Lucia!

The location was absolutely perfect, close to public transport, shops, and key attractions. It felt just like home, and I would definitely stay here again!

Positioned close to Moena right near the main road but still very quiet. Great free parking. The sound of the river is a gem. Nice spectacular view over the valley. The staff is very friendly. Restaurant and breakfast are delicious, especially sweets. The rooms are big and confortable. Good wifi. The garden is a wonderfull place to rest also to have a late drink. It was a really big and wonderfull surprise and I want to thank to the hosts for what they are doing. We wish to come back for a longer period.

The staff was extremely warm and helpful, service was immaculate and the meals were fantastic! We were so pampered. Everything about the hotel is thoughtful and aimed at providing a perfect experience. It is also very near to the Kronplatz ski slope.

They have e-bikes, you can borrow for free, which enables to go for great bike tours around the area. We would come back any time !!
