Located on a direct line to the central part of Trieste (via Roma) about 10 min easy walk and about 5 min easy walk to train station. It is right on the main road with all the traffic but the hotel itself is in quiet courtyard, you cannot hear a thing, we slept with the windows opened. However there is aircondition should you need it. An elevator to access the rooms. A great gelato place (Zampoli) and bus stop to Miramare (bus no. 6) right next door. And last but not least a wonderful, friendly and very informative manager. Grazie mille.

The staff was polite and kind, explaining us nicely everything we needed to know. The breakfast was very good and rich, had everything that you needed, even options for gluten free menu and even the coffee was good. The location is excelent, has a free private parking and bus station right in front of the hotel. Very good if you want to relax and just take the bus to Trieste or Miramare castel. The room is basic, but clean, with a good bed, a good air conditioner and a perfect window sound isolation. I would come back here definitely.

The staff is nice and welcoming. The rooms are perfectly sized and clean. We were there with our two small dogs. Everyone was so welcoming to them as well. Location is amazing.
