I had to make a change to my original booking, and they kindly accommodated it without any extra charge—something I truly appreciated. The manager, Osama, is fantastic—welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The receptionist, Homam, was also incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with anything I needed during my stay. His local knowledge and hospitality made a big difference. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh options and a cozy setting. And the view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking—you can see the entire Old City center, which makes for a magical start and end to each day. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city with stunning views and outstanding service, I highly recommend Beirut Hotel 2 New. I’ll definitely be back!

I have never come across a more helpful staff at a hostel. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the name of the spanish volunteer at the reception. But he was very helpful. He gave me almost an hour for bookings and itinerary. Common area is huge and amazing. Good vibe. We even had a weekly hostel dinner (for free). Highly recommended. Would also recommend it for staycation folks. Perfect place to work from and do your meetings.

My dorm was big, clean, with comfy beds and carpets which was amazing, the dorm also has 2 ACs, which made it warm and nice to be there. Totally recommend to everyone
