This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! 5 minute walk from the train station and central area for restaurants, super clean, room was big and the bed was comfortable, quiet at night even though it's close to the train station, the free ramen was delicious and the onsen was 10x better than we expected - seemed new, very modern and clean, with a view of the Japanese alps and an indoor and outdoor area. Great value and we wish we had stayed for an extra night!

Breakfast was good, and I really enjoyed the local food. The bed, pillows, and air conditioning were comfortable.

At first I was surprised by the good ratings, but it was indeed well deserved! The staff was very friendly and the guesthouse is very spacious, with a great view to the mountain and the sea. We were very well received and everything was clean and tidy! Top experience

I was only staying here for a short while. The staff were so very warm and kind. Every single one of them. They made my trip so much better and far more memorable than i previously would have thought. As a solo traveler they really made me feel more than welcome. For me, this meant a lot. Thank you all so much. As for the stay itself; the view is stunning, the location itself is very nearby everything you should want to see. Be sure to go to ubuyagasaki for some nice pictures of fuji, or just make some at the camp itself.
