The staff were all so friendly and helpful—they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Ensemble, and the manga library was a unique and fun bonus. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, whether for business or leisure!
