Ăn sáng theo kiểu western cũng tạm tuy nhiêu không gian ăn uống rất chill. location của khách sạn cũng rất tuyệt, chỉ cách ga Hakone chỉ 5 phút đi bộ.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful, the room was very nice and beds were very comfy. Its very close to ichigaya station so getting around tokyo was very easy. I highly reccomend this place! P.s. if you need anything there from razor to sanitary pads they have ammenities each floor. The amazing thing is that they have an handrawn map of the surrunding with reccomandations!

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda - 2023-10-17 Grand Opening is located in Tokyo, 3.4 km from Miwa Itsukushima Shrine and 3.7 km from Omori Hachiman Shrine. Very friendly staff. Room was set up with the cutest cot ever that our 1yr old was very comfy in, bed was comfy, bathroom was good size with rain shower - loved that. We were here only for a short stay overnight after our 11hr flight, but left very refreshed especially with the buffet breakfast which had an excellent selection of tasty foods and drinks. Very modern and comfy room. Thank you!

Very spacious room with great design, ideal when traveling with a lot of suitcases, closet, very comfortable bed, great amenities which were refilled every day, big bathroom, wide window with nice night view, the sofa and table are nice for relaxing or working, and has main as well as ambient lighting. The AC is great (for people sensitive to air current is ideal, as it's not directed to the bed), and even though it was winter, the room was warm and didn't necessarily needed heating. The staff was very kind (especially at the reception bar) and helpful. The location is convenient next to the airport, and there is a direct metro line to some of the central parts of Tokyo.

We were just so impressed. Everything was not only clean, immaculate, very spacious, but we noticed so many details about how things were done in this Hilton that you just cannot find in any others anymore in North America. One was the manipulation of the bathroom mirror leaving a clear patch for you to see through, even though the whole bathroom is fogged over. Another is the classiness and the delicateness of all the ceramic in the room. We wished that we could purchase it, but we weren't able to sadly. Everything was amazing.

The staff is extremely helpful. We had several requests and they were able to promptly accomodate them. The hotel is very clean and centrally located. The room we had was small but comfortable.

The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. Thank You!
