The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent, too. Very new and modern, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, will give you a good night sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommended Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Sanjo Premier.

Room was huge by Japan standards, and very clean and space efficient. Staff were so friendly, and shared personal recommendations on what to see and do in the area. Will definitely be staying here again when we’re back in Kyoto.
