The hotel is located near the conference center where I went every day so this was a bonus. The breakfast was a nice mix of Japanese and western delicacies. However, I only tried it once so I can't say much more.

Miyuki was wonderful: very helpful; charming and a terrific cook! The place could be a little hard to find but Miyuki picked us up at the station and it turns out there's an easy 15-minute walk to Suda station that's not on Google maps. It's a semi-rural setting and quite peaceful and was a great base for us for a day at Koyasan. The facilities were very modern and spotless and Miyuki's breakfasts were wonderful. Highly reommended, if the location suits you (as it did us.)
