It was very clean, had all the amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a beautiful traditional guesthouse surrounding by nature, small gorge and tea plantation. I don’t know why people were complaining about the distance between the station and the guesthouse, the walk in between the station and the guesthouse is beautiful and refreshing. It’s just a beautiful valley with beautiful scenic views from every side. The owner also offered a pick up and drop off service. His family also picked me and other travelers for the local Yokai festival and I had an amazing time at the festival. I highly recommend this guesthouse. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t do the kayaking activity with the owner but next time I come back, I will definitely do. Thank you.

Excellent place for those who want to visit iya valley without overspending on hotels. Very nice lady that knows and remembers every small detail. It was our anniversary so she even got us a very large plate of 2 full cakes (amazing cakes) and fruit as a surprise for us (her own initiative). This lady is something else she almost felt like our grandma ! She has insane style to the place and offers a lot of food and different paid snacks. Has great breakfast. She does it all by herself. Amazing. Would recommend. 10/10

This place was one of the highlights of our entire three weeks in Japan. If youre looking for a traditional style accomodation, this is it. The room is spacious with a beautiful view of the valley. The facilities include delightful outdoor onsen as well as indoor onsen with bubbles. The best part was however the dinner which was consited out of 5 courses out of which all were locally sourced and so delicious. Dining while wearing provided yukata and watching the valley at dusk was just amazing. Thank you so much.

Featuring beautiful nature views from its rooftop hot spring bath, Hotel Kazurabashi offers Japanese-style rooms and a dining room where food is prepared in the hearth at the guest's table. Staying at this hotel for 2 nights was one of the highlights of our trip. Our room was comfortable and very spacious, the meals were exceptional, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hot spring facility is amazing with fabulous views across the valley. The local scenery is breathtaking. Great value for money!

Very clean and well equipped with various amenities. The owner, Chika has amazing taste and you can see this in every aspect in the home. Everything was very well laid out and the furniture layouts made the stay very comfortable. My wife and kids loved Chika’s tea cup and tea collection. She has a booklet for people who stayed to write in so be sure to work on that.
