Yuni was really nice to us, she prepared a tea for us on our arrival and got our luggage up to our rooms for us. She explained how everything worked in the hotel and gave us some recommendations for places to eat/visit. Definitely would recommend. If I ever come back to Tokyo I will book here again for sure. There was a Mega Don Quijote store right across the street, and another Don Quijote inside the plaza where the hotel is located. Besides that, it was in a very central part of Shibuya. However, if you plan to use the subway or arrive from the airport with luggage, walking from the station to the hotel might be a bit difficult, since it’s not right next to the station but about a 5–6 minute walk. I’d recommend keeping that in mind. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a few different situations with our luggage, and they assisted us every time. We honestly couldn’t find any negative points about the hotel. The only thing is that it was a bit expensive compared to nearby hotels. Also, the room was somewhat small. Did it work for us? Yes, because I kept the room very tidy. But if you don’t keep things as organized, you might feel a bit cramped with luggage. Still, it wasn’t a big problem.

The room was a great size for 3 grown ups and had everything at hand. And it was quiet. I will stay here again if ever in Tokyo.
