Arnold is so helpful and you can ask him everything. He has the best tips , what to do. The breakfast is really good and Fred is such a lovely person. Its in the middle of the town you can reach everything by walking. Should we come again to Kenya we would stay there again. Thanks for everything

Beautifully decorated and clean with an excellent, friendly, and attentive staff , great location with easy walking distance to all activities and beautiful views from the top floor. Building had generators so we still had power when power went out in the area.

It was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had. The house is a traditional Swahili house, with a beautiful terrace and views, a tastefully decorated interior with all the necessary amenities and a well stacked kitchen, which is always a plus with kids. Our host Abadalla is quite simply the best host I’ve ever had - and we travel quite a bit. He was kind, thoughtful and basically carefully planned our entire stay, coordinating tours, recommending awesome local spots and day activities along the way. He took take of it all, from airport pick up, to sunset Dhow, to Lamu tour, he negotiated the prices and made the trip ultra smooth. He also served us beautiful breakfast every morning, with a large variety of fruits, Swahili pastries, omelettes, etc. He also stocked the fridge and made sure we always had drinking water for a very reasonable fee. The nicest and warmest guy, who also shared many special moments with us, and shared stories and history of Lamu as well. We would highly recommend Shela Bliss to anyone. An outstanding experience!

Sai Shanti House está ubicado en Lamu, cerca de Mnarani House. El alojamiento está a 3 minutos a pie de Playa de Manda y tiene wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Very warm and friendly reception. Beyond expectations! We were initially doubting to book due to a false comment of bathroom privacy issue, but we took chances and had a lovely stay, bathroom/shower is separated with locking mechanism from both sides. Host is super friendly, and greets/welcomes from Jetty, and even from Airport offers pickup service, which feels like home. We broke a glass accidently and they were cool about it too. Very accommodating, always at service to take us around as historical alleys there don't show up in Maps. We will return for sure.

The house is wonderful, spacious, luxury and quiet. Bassam is a great host and the staff are excellent too. We had a great time exploring from here or just enjoying doing nothing much at all. It is a bit outside Shela, but not that far and a nice village walk.

Kizingo Beach Eco Lodge es un alojamiento 4 estrellas ubicado en Lamu, a a pocos pasos de Playa de Kipungani, y tiene un gimnasio, un jardín y un bar. El hotel tiene habitaciones familiares. Amazing probably, just stunning and the staff were incredible. Would love to go back. Highly recommend.

Peponi Hotel Lamu - Kenya ofrece alojamiento 4 estrellas frente al mar en Shela y tiene una pileta al aire libre, jardín y terraza. This hotel is a home from home. The quality, variety and value of the food is exceptional. The staff are second to none. And the owner was superb and made us feel very much at home. Very difficult to put into words how great this place is. Just GO THERE!! You can thank me later.
