It is surrounded by a tropical garden and has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a mosquito net, sockets in each corner (including next to the kingsize bed), multiple electric fans, a brand-new bathroom with a shower that produces hot water immediately (which is rare in Cambodia), and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. Furthermore, the WIFI was super fast! The host picks you up at a location of your choice and when you leave, he can take you to your preferred location. During my stay, he suggested an incredible restaurant that was surprisingly cheap for the quality of food, drove me there and picked me up. The highlight of my stay was the tour that the host offered. We drove to local villages that are rarely visited by tourists and took a ride on the famous bamboo train. It was an authentic and unforgettable experience. In short, I highly recommend Odambang Village Homestay. The breakfast each morning was amazing and there is also coffee/tea facility in the room and a kitchen facility guests can use. We booked a tuk tuk tour with Bun’s colleague which was brilliant. Our driver was so kind and friendly. Bun even invited us to join him and his friends for a few beers on our last night.

Battambang Eco Stay was the most amazing experience! The hotel was incredible, with fast Wi-Fi and great amenities. The host took care of us 100% of the time, making us feel like family. The location was perfect, and the lovely home-cooked dinners at night were a highlight. Everything was just great—clean rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and the hosts taking us to the best spots.

The homestay is traditional stilted home and is very clean and well presented. It’s located in the countryside next to an irrigation channel and has beautiful views over the rice paddies and towards the spectacular Phnom Sampov and bat caves, which are only a short walk away. Lem, the owner, is an excellent tour guide and took us out in his tuk tuk and on the back of his moped to see some amazing local countryside and attractions for a very reasonable price. He even came on an early morning run up to the temple with us. He’s amazing! His wife prepares the meals and is an excellent cook. Staying here is an absolute must; very quiet and an authentic countryside experience.

I've been to Battambang few times and stayed in different places, but this is my favorite one so far. Even though I rarely sacrifice my comfort, this place (with it's Khmer style bath tub:) is totally worth it. It's very well taken care of, everything is very clean, bedsheets, towels, curtains are always extremely fresh. It's surrounded by the lavish garden and is very peaceful and relaxing. Also, the owner and the whole family are very polite and helpful.

Nice room, beautiful pool, and the atmosphere are amazing! The staff super friendly and helpful! Very generous breakfast!

Setha & her kids were very personal and authentic; we spend a very special evening together having private chats about life... about the world. I highly recommend a stay there if you wish to spend an authentic moment with locals with an interesting life.
