The staff was beyond helpful and nice - they arranged tuk tuk daily rent for us to see all the main attractions (tea plantations, waterfall,..) - highly recommend, because the driver knows where to stop and what to see 😁 Breakfast was great and you also have an option to get dinner. Don’t really have any other photos, so just in case you have time - you have monopoly in the lobby 😛

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. He arranged tuktuks for our longer rides at a good price, which made everything so much easier. We enjoyed breakfast and had also dinner at a very good price. One morning, when we left for a hike very early, he even prepared a breakfast to go, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His whole family is truly lovely and welcoming.

The hosts were amazing, always attentive, super kind, polite and had attention to every single detail. The food was great (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner). The room was out of this world, super comfortable, clean, cosy, and warm. We caught a storm while we were there, so there was not much to do outdoors, luckily there was streeming service so we spent the afternoon watching a movie to spend the time. The shower had the perfect temperature and pressure, and they had all the ameneties! Honestly, I was super happy with our stay!! Thank you so much!

This was our third time in Nuwara Eliya, snd this time we were very lucky with the hotel. Firstly, it is located in a beautiful place on a mountain with a view of tea plantations, the city and a Buddhist monastery. You can see it without getting out of bed. Secondly, we had a very nice spacious room with a large balcony, kitchen and a comfortable bed. There was excellent hot water, which is especially important for Nuwara Eliya. Special thanks to host Alex and his staff for their hospitality, desire to help, delicious breakfasts and lunches. For my wife and me, this is the best hotel in Nuwara Eliya

Our room was spotlessly clean and cozy, with an absolutely charming flower-filled balcony that made sunrise magical. Our host, Sanjaya, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was so welcoming and caring, taking us to a gems shop and patiently waiting while we explored, helping us find perfect jackets, bringing us to amazing local restaurants, and showing us around Nuwara Eliya. The next morning after serving us a delicious homemade breakfast, he kindly drove us to the train station himself. What makes this place truly special is how the whole family makes you feel at home. If you want more than just accommodation but a genuine cultural experience with the kindest hosts, don't look further. Our highest recommendation! ✨

Rustique House dbl tọa lạc ở quận Lake Gregory thuộc Nuwara Eliya, cách Hồ Gregory 17 phút đi bộ và Hakgala Botanical Garden 7.7 km. Bãi đậu thủy phi cơ Castlereigh Reservoir cách 46 km. I love quaint, vintage places and the whole vibe of the place was exactly like that.
