Para ser un cuatro estrellas está muy muy bien.

Everything was great , the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the electrical appliances one might need. When I wanted to do the laundry, I noticed there were no detergents, but as soon as I mentioned it to the manager, Mr. Yasas, he immediately provided everything. Excellent service and highly recommended.

ITC Ratnadipa, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Colombo está ubicado en Colombo y tiene una pileta al aire libre, salón compartido, una terraza y bar. The ITC is in a great location on the seafront in Colombo. We were stayed 2 nights and were looked after from beginning to end. We were shown to our room by Leena who was wonderful and gave us a quick tour and run down of all the facilities and showed us to our fantastic room. The buffet was extensive, we also ate at the Chinese restaurant which was a very good meal, again with excellent serving staff who looked after us. There are two pools, the steam room was powerful and the gym was really well equipped with loads of cardio equipment, weights and loads of weight lifting machines in a spacious gym overlooking the sea. The bar on the 29th was excellent, the welcome host and staff were really helpful when we went on the evenings of the 5th and 6th December (didn’t catch their names). As we left another host, I think Selna? helped with our cases on the morning of the 7th - everyone was just so helpful - great hotel

My first time staying at the hostel, overall satisfying experience. Being a solo female traveller I prefer to have a safe place and easygoing host. I stayed for 2 nights Only but it felt like i was part of the family from a long time. Thanks to Mr. Heeran and souji for everything. Especially for hot weather go for AC room for a comfortable stay. Enternce corridor has a small sitting area where you can exchange your experience with other travellers.🙂
