The staff is really nice and the island is beautiful. They say you should not expect a hotel stay which makes sense, but we thought it was so much more than that because it just feels like paradise. You have hammocks all around the property and areas to just sit and chill. You can rent bikes for the island and explore the nature and wildlife.

Tony's Garden House Back Packers inn localiza-se em Jaffna, a 15 minutos a pé de Jaffna Railway Station, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um salão partilhado e um... Tony's place is a must stay for Jaffna. Located an easy 25min walk from the centre of town, it also has all the essentials nearby (shops, restaurants etc). Very clean and everything you could need. I stayed twice and Tony is very helpful with directions and recommendations plus is always up for a chat. There's lots to explore in Jaffna, but it is also nice to have a restful place to come back to and recharge. Thanks Tony!!

Allens home stay situa-se em Jaffna, a 7 minutos a pé de Templo de Nallur Kandaswamy e a 1,5 km de Jaffna Railway Station. We traveled around Sri Lanka and of all the places we stayed at, we enjoyed Allen's the most. All worked as described, Allen was ready to help with anything, breakfasts were tasteful and fruit-ful, even wifi worked well (very uncommon during the majority of our other stays). Plus the place is clean and has a cool and laid-back vibe and Allen is a kind host. Fully recommended! Thank you, Allen!

The Thinnai Hotel - Jaffna localiza-se em Jaffna, a 12 minutos a pé de Templo de Nallur Kandaswamy, e fornece acomodações com uma piscina exterior, estacionamento privado gratuito, um centro de... I loved my stay at the Thinnai (and Jaffna overall, it’s a shame that people skip this place). There was a small miscommunication about take away breakfast, but they sincerely apologised and made up for it with a surprise from the kitchen. Breakfast is also very nice and I definitely recommend the Odiyal Kool which tasted amazing!

We stayed for 8 days during August 2025. Communication was excellent, always willing to help as we agreed to pay in british pounds was easy for us also help me to use pick me app safe us lot of money.

Borassus Nature Huts by ABC Leisure's group localiza-se em Jaffna, a 8,8 km de Jaffna Fort e a 10 km de Jaffna Public Library. This is an exceptional place where you can truly escape the hustle and bustle of every day life, where you are lulled to sleep at night the sound of waves. The eco-conscious huts are exceptionally well made and comfortable. Staff are universally friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Do not miss the cuttlefish curry which is to die for. The very friendly owner went out of his way to help me plan my days in Jaffna. Highly recommended
