The property is simple but clean and has all necessary amendities. Prasad was the best host we ever had, every question and concern or request was adressed immediately. He arranged a tranfers and safari for us for very a reasonable price. His family provides delicious breakfast and dinner if requested which was a real taste of Sri Lanka.

We were greeted by the friendliest staff, taken for a walk around the jungle (where we saw monkeys, all kinds of birds, and lizards), and then served a delicious dinner. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with amenities like coffee, tea, powerful AC and a modern bathroom. They also arranged a wonderful safari with a guide, and helped us speak with and find our taxi driver.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, the place was friendly and we had a great time. Great communication between Sam’s place and us before we travelled ensuring all our needs were met when we arrived. Kynrock is a chain across Sri Lanka but this location had just opened about 6 weeks before our stay. It is right outside of Yala which was perfect. There were only about 8 people staying in the hotel that night and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time - they had poolside beers for us and brought in a chef to make personalized dinners for the 8 of us (since there was no buffet because it is so new and there is no one staying there). They were so happy to have us and the experience was truly special.

My family had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Farm Villa Resort. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and cooperative, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the paddy fields — waking up to the sounds of birds was such a peaceful experience. 🐦🌾 We absolutely loved the Sri Lankan breakfast — so authentic and delicious! The food overall was just awesome, and we even enjoyed picking fresh mangoes straight from the garden — such a lovely touch! 🥭 The resort's large swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the overall environment was clean, serene, and beautifully maintained. A big thank you to the management for keeping the property and surroundings neat and inviting. The location is also ideal — very close to Yala National Park, and we had an unforgettable Yala Safari experience. We also visited the sacred Kiri Vehera Temple, which was just a short drive away. I truly felt like part of the Farm Villa Resort family, and I already look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, explore, and enjoy genuine Sri Lankan hospitality!
