Exceptional facilities and amazing 5 star staff for low price. The hotel manager and his wife as well as the rest of the personnel have been exceptionally kind to us during our day. I arrived sick and they kindly brought me to the doctor, made me rice porridge and juice to recover. We ended up staying one night more and arranged us to stay in the same room. I got a bit better the day after and was able to do the elephant safari that the manager kindly organized for us. Finally he arranged a car to ella at a good price as well. The room was very clean and well furnished, the pool was clean and new and we could see a bunch of animals in the trees nearby. The food cooked was also delicious. Would definitely recommend you to stay there !!!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the cottage. The room was spacious and the bathroom really nice made ( very good water pressure as well). It also had a nice patio where we could chill and be surrounded by plants. Leel was so friendly and willing to help us. His english was so good and we could have great conversations with him. He also picked us up from Ella and dropped us to our next location. The dinner we had at his place was prepared by him mom and it was delicious.

Among the facilities at this property are room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The resort features family rooms. Wow. Absolutely blown away. Upon arrival we just looked at each other in disbelief! The gardens and grounds have many different pathways and areas to explore, with stunning views from every angle. Completely surrounded by nature, we watched monkeys, birds, squirrels etc play in the trees. Photos do not do this place justice- the landscape is too vast to fit into a photo! Even though they don’t currently advertise as catering for vegans, we were very well taken care of and they adapted the menu to accommodate many sensational meals. The workers are so friendly and always took care of us. They also gave us a free Tuk Tuk ride to/from the rainforest for a hike, and also a ride to the local waterfall (which is nicer to walk back from but the offer was there for a lift back). Felt very rejuvenated recovering from jet lag here at the beginning of our trip- didn’t realise till we left and went to other locations just how relaxed and easy we were there!

EdenHaven cottage is most definitely a garden of Eden and a Haven from the rat race. the cottages are both modern and traditional with striking little artisan touches. the shower room is beautifully appointed. the outdoor private veranda was most relaxing, the lighting, natural teak wood floors and furniture are all the inspiration and imagination of a most hospitable and charming young man Anju. he couldn’t have arranged and done more for my husband and I. our breakfast, evening meals were varied, tasty and juicy. waking up to and settling into the evenings were harmonious, the garden produced the sounds of nature that send you to sleep and invite a new day. i can’t say enough about this open , warm, genuine family hospitality. i didn’t want you to leave. last but not least. my husband, Anju and his safari colleague Lasindu arranged to have my 61st birthday breakfast within the safari on top of a plateau overlooking the national park. cake , presents and a wonderful rendition of happy birthday could be heard by the whole national park… tearful and most privileged to have such attention to genuine detail. Anju and Lasindu and ian of course. thank you from the bottom of my heart for one of thee most memorable experiences.
