Excellent accommodation for me and my group. The hotel is clean and comfortable and near many restaurants and cafes. We had a great stay and above all I want to say a huge thank you to the staff - most of all to the wonderful Shaimaa, but also Eptisem - for all their kind help and assistance and for making our stay comfortable! We will be back!

Great location on the edge of Gueliz, a great area with a lot of bars and places to eat around every corner (especially Le Zar) Nice and uncomplicated/fresh breakfast in the morning and a rooftop bar/pool area that has a clear view of the mountains. It was cold when I was there in December but I can imagine that during the summer it would be great place to hang out during the evenings. Very friendly and helpful team working there who are more than happy to help arrange transportation, food recommendations, excursions bookings and everything else. I’m bad with remembering names but everyone was super friendly and a massive thanks for everything and making the short time I was there memorable. Also did a couple of spa treatments in the small spa in the lower floor, also highly recommended and thanks to that team too. Room was large, comfortable and quiet, wifi works perfectly

Everything was just perfect! We stayed one night in the room with balcony, it was big, clean and comfortable! The dinner and the breakfast also were delicious 😋 last but not least, the staff were kind and positive! Highly recommended!

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our time :) also paid for the hammam and massage -- so refreshing!
