Just 170 metres from the train station and within proximity to bus stops, the property is ideally located for visiting the Côte d’Azur. What is more, you can reach the port and beach by foot in just 5-10 minutes. Lovely small hotel, with stairs, but a small lift for luggage! Cute rooms with a nice view and personable staff. Great location with everything you need within a few steps! Close to good restaurants, a convenience store with long hours, and the train station, and the market is right out the front door!

Renovated in 2019, Hôtel de France, un hôtel AMMI is situated in the heart of Nice in the Carré d'Or district, 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, just 2 minutes' walk from the prestigious Negresco hotel and 1 km from Place Massena. Free WiFi is available throughout. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Staff is so helpful, and especially Valentina she help me a lot. Rooms are in good condition, hotel’s location is perfectly good. I highly recommend this hotel
