Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.8 for a two-person trip. Great hotel with food included and great attention to detail. Water and apples available through the whole hotel, breakfast included and also almost everything at their cafe was free for the guests. I was in room 111 and the only thing that wasn’t good was the shower. You couldn’t move the head so when you open the tap it would come straight to the shower door and even closed the water would come out. Staff should look into that but otherwise FANTASTIC hotel and would definitely stay there again.

All the staff were really worried to make our days in Mexico City specials. Because it was Christmas they prepared a surprise to my son, he wrote a letter to Santa that he had chose a gift to receive and Santa gave it to Him at Christmas Eve. It was very special!
