Great new hotel in a great location with a short walk from the historical city center. Staff were very accommodating when we asked to change room (booked a double room and moved to a king). Rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast is great with continental options and several warm Mexican dishes with a few that change daily! The Internet connection is also super solid with >150 mbps on wifi and in the room there a working ethernet jack with download speeds >700 mbps and upload >150 mbps. We also did a tour to Xochimilco which was easy to book through the hotel.

Offering a heated pool, spa centre and fitness centre, Barcelo Mexico Reforma is situated in Mexico City. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and a la carte restaurant. We enjoyed staying at Barcelo Mexico Reforma. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and the hotel was convenience to everywhere.

Located less than 5 minutes’ walk from Palacio de Iturbide Museum and Torre Latino, Hotel Histórico Central offers Colonial-style architecture and free WiFi connection in all areas. We arrived at 2am to the hotel and were received with a warm welcome and even offered snacks and refreshments. The room was spacious, and they even left a welcoming note (very cute). The entire staff is excepcional, you feel cared for every day. Would definitely stay again. Also, you're a few blocks away from the main plaza and important places of Ciudad de México so you can walk. If you have a car, the valets are also excellent.

This 5-star hotel is located in the Zocalo, the main plaza at the city centre in Mexico City. Often, the value of actual hospitality is underrated in the hospitality industry, and it's overshadowed by fancy facilities and frills. Not at Gran Hotel, where the staff treats you like their own guest. They are warm and will go out of their way to help you out. Oh, and the hotel itself is a heritage site with exceptional facilities & a location to kill for! Absolute, must visit. If I am ever in Mexico City again, I am staying at Gran for sure.

Overlooking Chapultepec Park in one of the best neighbourhoods in Mexico City, this hotel offers relaxing spa services and gourmet dining within minutes of the city's main business, commercial and... The staff and venue is superb. They did all they could to make sure we were comfortable in every aspect, even borrowed a wheelchair for all our stay to help one of my family members.

The location was central and the neighborhood had many cute cafes and it was close to a big supermarket. The room was so huge and there were many kitchen utensils. Staff (esp Pablo) was lovely and helpful.
