I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! I simply loved this hotel. The space, the decoration, the pool, the terrace, the great rooms. Very relaxing, quiet. It is also greatly located, you can have very nice walks and find amazing restaurants and cafes. The personal is very friendly and kind. We had a wonderful time. What is not to love?

My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

- the staff was incredible, they really made us feel like at home - the place itself is stunning: the building is from the 17th century and is well decorated. It felt like living in a museum. The room was also very comfortable. When I booked I was afraid the bed looked small on the pictures, but in reality it was confortable for 2 people . - great (and filling) breakfast included - the location: very close to the historical center and with a free parking close to the hotel.

Nice location if you want western style shopping. Quite away from historical areas. Staff were excellent. We were put in a room without a microwave or bar-fridge or coffee maker. When we pointed out that Booking.com said every room would have those, they upgraded us with no additional cost. We even extended our stay - again with no additional cost!
