Really lovely place! The room was clean and modern and the hosts were so helpful. They sent us some brilliant guides that we used to see the city, they were responsive to our messages and sent a staff member to say hello when we arrived. There was even some bread provided in the communal area, in case we got hungry. We did, and it was delicious - we think it was coffee flavoured. Do note that the private bathroom is just across the hallway, but the place was lovely and quiet and was in no way an issue at all. Would absolutely recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Iconic Regency Service Residences. The apartment was modern, spacious and very clean, with a stunning rooftop infinity pool offering amazing views. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh choices, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. Special thanks to Joe Ann for her great support with our reservation. A perfect mix of comfort, value and location — highly recommend.

A cerca de 2,1 km de Northam Beach e a 7 minutos a pé de Museu Wonderfood, Homs Female Hostel fornece quartos com ar condicionado e casa de banho partilhada em George Town. This must be the best hostel I stayed at so far. MK is such a calm, lovely and utterly helpful soul. The place feels more like a home than a hostel. Always clean, enough soap/toilet paper, tea and coffee to help yourself. Location is right downtown close to everything and important bus stops. The ladies were all super respectful and nice to each other and it had a great communal spirit. I felt super safe from the get go. Also equipped with tons of maps, recommendations and activities for the area.

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and honestly, Some Place Else exceeded every expectation—it was even better than staying at a hotel. The entire space is modern, clean, and clearly designed with love and attention to detail. As a solo traveler, I often feel a bit lonely on the road, but that wasn’t the case here. The hostel offers social activities every night, making it super easy to meet people. I made friends by my second night! It’s truly a great place to connect with other travelers from all over the world. The beds were comfortable and spotless, with great lighting and excellent air quality. Bathrooms and showers are ALWAYS clean, with hot and cold water available around the clock. Despite the social atmosphere, the vibe was calm and relaxing when you needed downtime. I especially loved the co-working space, kitchen and rooftop—perfect spots to unwind alone or hang out with new friends. The location is also ideal, right in the heart of Georgetown. I’m already planning to come back just to stay here again. Can’t recommend it enough—Some Place Else is a gem!
