This lodge is located on the banks of the Kavango River, along the route toward Botswana just before entering the Caprivi Strip. That’s why we stayed here twice: once on the way to Botswana and again on our return journey. The lodge offers various levels of comfort, including private cottages and well-equipped tents. We tried both options, and each was comfortable and enjoyable. In every case, there’s a special feeling of being close to nature. In the evenings, after dinner, the staff lights a campfire where guests can relax in the unique atmosphere. The lodge also offers boat tours on the Kavango River, perfect for watching the sunset and encountering hippos. This was truly one of the most unforgettable evenings of our entire trip. The food deserves special mention. The restaurant terrace is beautifully designed, and the dinner we had there was probably the best of our entire journey.

From the moment you enter the gates, you can tell this is a special property where lots of care and attention has been given. The gardens are stunning and the rooms as super comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings. Stefan provided a delicious dinner at short notice and the food was delicious and well presented. We could not find fault with anything and would highly recommend !

Beautiful location, right in the national park. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with many different seating options where you can watch the waterfalls and surroundings. The bungalows are clean and nice with a private terrace with views across the river and waterfalls. Staff is very helpful and kind. The sunset cruise offered was really good, we saw lots of wildlife.

The apartments are located about 7Km from CBD in a nice and quite environment with lots of fresh air. The staff were also very friendly and helpful e.g we got stuck on finding the location because we didn't have internet and they followed us all the way to come and get us as opposed to walking us through the directions 😃. Exceptional customer service.

Perfect and safe place to stop while visiting the Caprivi area. Great rooms with wonderful proximity to the river. Great staff. Very kind and helpful owner for any transport need and prepared on excursions in the surrounding area at honest prices. The little restaurant with the excellent chef was a must. We can only say: thank you Mr Richard for the wonderful stay.
