We liked pretty much everything - the hotel is stylish and modern, we had a room with sea view. It was a midnight sun season, but it was possible to make the room absolutely dark when needed. Shower was also nice. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. There is a nice pub with relatively cheap food (for Norwegian standards) in the building right next to the hotel. There are also supermarkets and a museum in 1 minute walking distance. The hotel has parking with EV chargers. Just amazing!

The location is perfect, right by the harbor, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a stunning view was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The overall design of the room made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options, including bread, smoked salmon, local specialties, and a great selection of drinks. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful harbor was a highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Thon Hotel Svolvær. From the beautiful location to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Svolvær!

We had a great stay at this homestay. The host accommodated us immediately and was very responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The house is incredibly nice and cosy, and it’s fully equipped with all the necessities we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are wonderful, a quiet neighbourhood with a very nice view, making it a perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here.

For such low price in quite remote location I wasn't expecting much, but our expectations were way exceeded! This is so nice place to stay: - very clean - warm and welcoming host - a lot of equipment to prep the food - rooms are nice, spacious and clean - Grocery store is nearby - We got tasty cake in the morning! I highly recommend this place!

There was a lot of space in the single room to dry and hang my clothes and I could also dry my wetsuit and boots outside. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the selection of surfboards was excellent.
