It's a charming little cottage run by a very warm and friendly couple. There are apple trees all over the property and it's clear that the garden is well-tended. The shared kitchen is large and well-furnished. The shared bathroom is incredibly clean, possibly cleaner than my home. You can tell the owners take pride in maintaining the place and do their best to make sure guests have a comfortable stay.

When we arrived we were met by our Hostess and she invited us in and showed us around. Riverhead Villa is a multi level old home that was moved there from another location. Well preserved and maintained, it was sitting high atop a hill in a beautiful location. Since ding options nearby are non existing, our Hostess prepared a wonderful dinner for all her quests. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate and filling. If you are lo9king for an out of the way place to relax for a few days, Riverhead Villa is great.
