The additional sink and tap together with a microoven in the room itsef (outside the toilet & shower) make it practical and convenient for making our hot drinks and getting our water supply. 3. Individual AC in good working condition which we can control the temperature in the room! 4. Strong shower and quality shower gel and body lotion. 5. The design of the toilet allows me to put my toiletries and make up easily. 6. Room service - food available even early in the morning at 2 AM! Order is just at your finger tip via the hotel's tablet. 7. The hotel restaurant food was so delicious and reasonably price! 8. All reception Staff was courteous, reliable and helpful (especiallly Natasha) who helped booked local Tours and Taxi. The recommendation to take bus to Gondola and sea side at New Brighton were wonderful. The bus stop is just 2 to 3 minutes away from the hotel.

This property is super well looked after with quite a lot of renovation done over the years but in keeping with the old world charm. The owners Julie and Mike were friendly and attentive. They put on a simple but very nice, fresh continental breakfast each morning. Super convenient! We slept so well in the comfy bed. Literally two full nights - very rare! A short walk up the street to the main shopping mall with lots of choices to eat. You don't have to go far for a great feed. Car parking on site was great. There was all day tea and coffee available in the shared lounge. A great spot.

The units were clean and the bed, including the sofa bed were comfortable. Location was good. Recommended to family visiting the Hokitika area.
