The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Nizwa, close to all the key landmark points and just a stroll away from the Fort and the Souq. Despite being central, the surroundings were quiet and overall we felt very safe. The room we had overlooked the entrance area and was well equipped with all amenities, including water, coffee, hairdrier, slippers and bathroom necessities. We particularly appreciated the reliable air conditioning since it was quite hot outside! The property owner and the staff have been super helpful and kind with us, giving us a goodbye gift upon departure which was greatly appreciated! We felt very welcomed and valued guests. Extra points for parking (difficult to find in Nizwa!)

The house was extremely cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated with the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern touches. The swimming pool was sparkling clean and very inviting. Inside, there were two lovely outdoor seating areas, both thoughtfully designed, plus a charming swing that added a playful touch. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the main area. It’s only a 2-minute walk to Alaqer Wall and about 7 minutes to Nizwa Fort. There are plenty of cafés nearby and even a small supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. We received a thoughtful little gift after check-out, which made our experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place for families or groups—it’s the perfect spot to relax, feel at home, and enjoy exploring Nizwa to the fullest.

The homecooked meals were excellent and a ton of food as well, you won't go hungry here. There's only two rooms and we were lucky enough to get the whole place to ourselves. It's peaceful and tranquil, especially around sunset. Everything is clean and well cared for. Had no issues finding the place (google maps) and no issues checking in or anything. AC worked very well. Shower pressure was good. No issues whatsoever. Fantastic place run by very delightful and kind people
