Place was equipped with fridge and microwave. It was private with a great sunset view. Salman, our guide host was friendly and knowledgeable. Tipped us on the places to visit. A delicious breakfast and dinner can be provided with a small fee. Highly recommended this place

We loved the magnificent view of the mountains, the serenity, the warm welcome, the delicious plentiful food delivered punctually by Sultan for a reasonable price. There were enough facilities in the house, a lot of space, a well equiped kitchen, a nice view from the bedroom, a living/eating room. Sultan replied immediately via Whatsapp. It's about 35 min drive to the balcony walk. We did it quite easily without a 4x4 car. As there is no real food shop in the neighbourhood we recommend to bring enough water and food for lunch (if you order the breakfast and dinner of Sultan). Don't hesitate to book the house, it's worth it, you won't regret it.

The place is clean, peaceful, and feels like a true home away from home. The rooms are well-maintained, the surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to Khamis, the owner—he’s incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you need. His hospitality really made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and great value!

Hamid is very nice guy, who invited us with great dinner. We really recommend to order also dinner and breakfast, which is bot home made. Evening with beuatiful sky full of stars and amazingly quite morning will stay in our memories:) Robert and family

Escape to SAMA Heights Resort, a haven of tranquility nestled at the foot of the majestic South Mountain Summit (W4). The location is fantastic. Honestly we didn’t understand people who complained on the food options, the choice was good enough even for our little daughter. My only advice would be to rent 4WD to get there just to feel more secure while driving. We went by Mazda 6 - managed to get there, thankfully, the roads were dry in April. There are some men on the way to Sama Heights trying to “warn” you that these steep roads will kill you car, be cautious since they want you to hire their SUV to drive you to the resort but that is really not necessary. This was basically the only problem in Oman - the drivers who are quite aggressively hunting poor tourists with saloon cars.

Was in Ibri for one day work. The hotel is new and all clean with modern finishings. With the value I paid it was an excellent experience. Staff were friendly enough and did not experience any issues. Corridors were noisy as families were staying in some rooms but the room itself was very quite even though it was facing the main road.

Khách sạn có phòng gia đình. worth paying the money which is not much , new building with start of art infrastructure , interior etc, good welcoming staff, very clean washroom rooms were too good. if you are not staying here , you will miss :)
