When they didn't have a room available, we easily booked with their sister branch, and the staff kindly transferred our bags for us while we visited Machu Picchu. The level of service and care was outstanding. We felt so well looked after. Thank you for an amazing experience—can’t wait to return! Wi-Fi is free. Place was beautiful. The staff gave us a free upgrade. Bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. We loved our stay. The only thing that might bother you is the train noises, as it's next to the station, however it did not bother us.
