Also to Christian for a fantastic cooking class, where we made some mean Ceviche and Causa Limeña (you know, the one with the puré de papas y aguacate jeje) - muy rico! Finally, I cannot forget to mention the lovely Wendy - the host who organises all the social events and brings the energy every night no matter the occasion - karaoke, salsa, bingo, DJ sets, beer pong! Very sad to leave, but some great memories to take with me. Muchas gracias Viajero :)

We arrived in Lima at 5am and Ayenda La Luna Inn kindly arranged our taxi from the airport to the hotel. Because we couldnt check in early, they were very kind enough to let us leave our bags with them while we go around the city. We came back in the afternoon and checked in. The room was very clean, and had all the basics you need. The bed is very comfy -much needed after a long flight and long day in the city. The best part in this hotel was the staff! They were very pleasant and helpful, very friendly and speaks English well! That really helps a lot especially when you dont speak Spanish too well! Thank you Ayenda La Luna Inn for our wonderful overnight stay!

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar,... The hotel and rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom had all the amenities required, including small bottle shampoos and body lotion. The staff were friendly and were willing to help out with group requests. Carmen, who I spoke to on the reservation team, as well as the hotel staff went above and beyond to help facilitate pre-payment and ensure different parties of our group could check in immediately. The breakfast spread was incredible, the food was very fresh and delicious, and you can also request for an omelette with various ingredients with the kitchen. If you have an early start to the day, you can also request a breakfast to-go.

Everything really high quality and it's clear they really care. Location is great, 5 minutes to the cycling / running path along the cliff top, and the whole area is quiet and safe. Best breakfast I've had in 8 months travelling. Kept my luggage while I went to Huacachina. Hot showers, fast WiFi, the list goes on. I almost never rate anywhere a 10 but this place is exceptional!
