The lodge is absolutely beautiful - 10/10. We stayed at the Hilton and Sofitel while on the island but this lodge scored the highest for us on great value and friendly stay. Things we liked - • comfy bed • great, large balcony with nice chairs • well equipped, clean kitchen and bathroom • extremely clean • FREE pick up and drop off from port - which is very expensive in French Polynesia • most friendly, kind and helpful owners • idyllic garden • lovely owners with help you organise tours, trips and things to do on the island • great location on the island - minutes walk from great restaurants, fantastic bakery, bank, supermarket, pharmacy and beach cafes • could easily stay here days / weeks!

We had a great stay at Tema’e Beach House and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxed accommodation with the opportunity to meet wonderful people from around the world. The owner, Nick, was always helpful and offered great suggestions and tips for our time in Moorea. The shared bathroom and kitchen with other guests were always incredibly clean, and everyone was respectful of the communal spaces. The location is ideal, with Tema’e Beach just a short walk away. However, I would also recommend renting a car to explore the island fully (I suggest Coco Rider for great prices on electric cars). There are also several additional services available at the house for a very reasonable cost, including laundry, snorkeling equipment rental, and transfers to and from the ferry terminal. The team were very responsive to our requests and questions. The onsite staff were super friendly. Staying in 3 of the fares was perfect for our family of 10. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Thank you for having us! We will be back!

The accommodation provider was very helpful, helped us with everything we needed. The accommodation was very pleasant, in a quiet area. We arrived at the beach by kayak through the canal designated for this trip. I highly recommend the accommodation. Jan

The bungalow is so cute and it’s on a nice property with a pool. The owners really helped me out a lot and were so kind. There are also kayaks to use but I didn’t have time to do that.

It's hard to describe how amazing time we had in Villa Sunrise. First of all, incredible stuff. Very friendly people and they always take care of us. For sure we will remember them forever . Delicious breakfast every morning with butter, jams, coffee, fresh baguette and sometimes with coconut bread or other sweet things. Also sometimes amazing avocado and coconuts. Walking distance to 3 local shops and few restaurants. Lovely swimmingpool with lagoon view. You can sit on the sunbed and watch stingreys, fishes, we also saw baby shark and puffish. You can take a kayak and go 5 minutes away to snorkey in small bay and see beautiful coral reef. Villa Sunrise was so good, that after 1 hour of our stay we decided to stay there 6 nights longer than we planned. This is beautiful place.

There are four separate bungalows on site. We had three couples staying for several days so it was nice to each have our own space, but to spend time together on an ocean front porch.

Breathtaking views between the mountains and the sea, very comfortable and very well equipped. Really enjoyed the pool and dinner with the sunset. Only a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend.

Location was absolutely stunning and the views were amazing. I've also never been to an accommodation with so much equipment within the kitchen. The pool was great, enjoyed sitting around on sunny days. Large covered outdoor area meant we could still eat and enjoy the outdoors despite rainy times. The aircon was much needed and worked perfectly in all areas of the house.
