Everything was good but especially the staff. At first we got a room that was quite noisy because of the neighbors upstairs with screaming kids. We complained about it at the reception and they offered us another room. When we checked it, the room was facing the railway station so we were not satisfied as well. Finally they offered us the third room which was nice and quiet until the end of the stay. The receptionist was very friendly and patient with our requests which we highly appreciate. Really great customer service.

The city of Myszków is within 12 km from Hotel Zamek Bobolice and Zawiercie is 15 km away. Definitely 10/10. The location is extremely great; the hotel is near the castle, and a big benefit is that it's free to visit the castle if you are staying in the hotel. The sauna is also really great for having some rest at the end of the day, especially if you are riding the Trail of The Eagles’ Nests by bike. The breakfast and staff — everything is perfect. So, I definitely recommend this hotel because it's extremely good for the price and what you are getting.
