I must admit that, having made a booking for a stay at Villa Alma, I ended up being forced to cancel it at the last minute for unforeseen reasons. Under the reservation terms, I would still be required to bear a full charge - but the utterly courteous and understanding manner in which the property handled my request to waive that charge is by itself deserving of all praise. I will most certainly try to come and visit at a later date and will recommend the property to other people as well.

Staff are happy to recommend or book local restaurants. Everything! Cozy rooms, wonderful staff, amazing location in the city and what made us choose this hotel - the breakfast!
