The owners are very nice and welcoming, and fantastic cooks (their southern curries and kanom jin are epic). You should probably have a car since you'll need to drive anywhere to get food (or just have the owners cook for you). No problems with wifi, house comes with a smart tv. The house is very new, clean, and relaxing to stay at.
