All of the air-conditioned units feature a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and terrace. The flat is a hidden gem, everything was super new and very clean. It is very well decorated and equipped. We had everything we needed such as coffee machine, plates, washing machine, hob, airconditionning and heating, duvets and towels. We felt spoilt with the fresh breakfast delivered to our door, we had a variety of food that kept us full all day along with coffee and fresh juice. The area is super safe, we walked around at night, and it felt very safe. The host were very kind and helpful, the let us in and kept asking if we need anything, we felt very welcome. There are great restaurants and coffee places few minutes away. It is highly recommended to stay in this luxury spot to explore Matmata, and to visit the Troglodyte homes and to discover the impressive veiws of the mountains around. The flat has great views over the mountains. We will definitely come back again to discover the whole area around Matmata.

It was a delightful surprise to have such an authentic French experience in Tunisia. Writing in the guest book with ink for the first time made it even more special. Staying here is worth it for the dinner alone—the most delicious way to taste camel meat and dates!

The rooms, carved into the rocks, are super unique, well-furnished, and come with a private toilet and shower. And the food? Absolutely amazing! For just 25 dinars, you get a massive dinner : soup, salad with brick, main dish, and dessert. Good luck finishing it all! 😄 Plus breakfast is included. A fantastic place to stay for an authentic and cozy experience!
