As a tour operator, I booked this place for my clients. The place was super nice and the communication was very effective. We reached a little late and found Eunice and other two staff waiting for us. This was super amazing. We spent three nights at the property. Every night Hippos came in the compound to feed on every night. Hippos come with their young ones. I saw a whole family of hippos. 😜Mama, Papa and baby hippo. They come twice a nice at night Between 20:00hrs - 21:30 and then come back between 2:30 - 4:00 The place is very close to Kazinga channel boats and few km to Kasenyi gate in Queen Elizabeth national park. Since am a Birder, I could always start my birding while in the compound. I took enough Pictures of birds. The birds you are likely to see are;; Red necked spurfowl, laughing dove, mourning dove, snowy crowned Robin chat, white browed robin chat, black lores babblers, pied crow, marabou stork, village weavers, black headed Gonolek, Dideric cuckoo, ....... Then as you join the main road, there's a bush where you can see variety of birds.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Lake George View Golf Resort. The highlight of my stay was without a doubt the incredible views—you can see Lake George and the surrounding landscape stretch out endlessly. The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely stunning. Each day started and ended with a picture-perfect moment. The service was exceptional. A special thanks to Pius, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The manager, Rogers, was also incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. He was super helpful in assisting us with booking safaris at Queen Elizabeth National Park and the golf experience. You can really tell that the team here cares about creating a great guest experience. The food was another highlight—fresh and delicious. Every meal we had was genuinely so good. Especially the soups! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality and views you won't forget, I highly recommend this resort. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful location a short walk (1/2 km) from park gate, and lovely grounds. Friendly, helpful staff, great food, good showers with decent pressure and warm water. Our onsuite room was quite large, nice balcony with great views.

What a wonderful place! Great location not far from the park but near to the village. Felix and his wife were charming hosts and meal times were a treat. Great food and conversation. Felix is the man to talk to and organise treks in the Rwenzori's and around the village.

The space was comfortable, quiet, and located in a convenient neighborhood, close to local shops, community and town restaurants, and public transport. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I had a very pleasant stay at Mbunga Camp. The welcome was warm, the staff were helpful, and the food was good. The peaceful setting and beautiful views were a real highlight. I especially appreciated the hike to the waterfall and the flexibility to arrange an activity based on my interests – I didn’t realize there were tours available. I also found the mention of local cultural traditions very interesting. Overall, a great experience, I'll be back.
