The host was super welcoming, always checking if everything was ok. the apartment was kept clean with extra attention on the beddings and bathroom. was welcomed with a bottle of wine ( very thoughtful of the host). the location is great in a quiet neighborhood within Jinja town. had booked for two nights, but had to extend my stay.

Although it’s off the beaten path a bit, it’s well worth the effort to find this gem. The property is simply beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is superb, the owners live on site, and they accommodated our every wish…including serving two special dinners for us and our friends from Jinja. It was like having a private chef.

The pool looked lovely but sadly because we had come to attend an Introduction we didn’t have enough time to use it. The villa was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. Super sweet vibe at Home On The Nile, the staff is so welcoming and so is the owner. You will feel right at home, the location is beautiful and accompanied by beautiful music at the bar. The dorm was great, very comfortable and so was the main house. You will really miss out if you don't book at Home on the Nile!! I had the Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner and it was a delicacy!! Can only recommend ;) Even when I wanted to move at night I was provided with a trusted Boda Boda Driver. Same for my planned activities. I felt very cared for.
