Jay was such an angel, every day we were there she checked on the guests always stopping to greet you in passing.

The staff were just superb, from cleaners to front of house to drivers, the breakfast was wonderful too, loved the savory options. The cake and cookies in the afternoon was a lovely touch. The room was big and clean with a great shower too. We loved the free shuttle to town too, even though the 15 minute walk was really not difficult at all.
