A beautiful, spotlessly, clean hotel. Expensive, but this is Hawaii, and as a female, solo traveler, the location was spot on as I could walk everywhere.

ALOH Seaside Women's Hostel ligger i Honolulu, 7 minutters gang fra Waikiki Strand, og har et fælles opholdsområde samt gratis wi-fi. Der er desuden røgfrie værelser. It was my first time staying in a hostel in a shared room and I loved it. The staff is extremely attentive and always tries to help with any questions. The bathroom in the room is cleaned daily and the shower is excellent, which made showering after a day at the beach amazing. On top of that, the beds are comfortable, the bed linens are clean, and the towels are fresh as well. The common areas of the hostel are great for relaxing and socializing. I felt safe the entire time, and there are lockers inside the rooms to store personal items. Finally, the location is perfect—close to the beach and everything you need to fully enjoy Honolulu. Without a doubt, I will stay at this hostel again.

The Bamboo House ligger i Kailua-Kona og har gratis wi-fi. Gæsterne kan nyde godt af en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse. We chose this place for our first night on the Hawaiian Islands. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive from the airport. The popular restaurants are also within a 2-3 mile drive, so it’s a great location! The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. The overall service and room were very thoughtful. The check-in process was simple and clear, with insect-repelling scents and sprays, a small nightlight in the bathroom, a guestbook by the door, and even face masks available! There’s also a steam iron and regular iron to choose from. We only realized after leaving that there was no TV, which fits perfectly with the bamboo and zen concept.

Beautiful cottage with incredible sunrise Location perfect if you want to be isolated from mass tourism. Very cosy place with nice host. Definitely we will come back and highly recomande this place..

The Red Cottage and Hawaiian Pond Garden Paradise! ligger ca. 15 km fra Lava Tree State Monument og har en terrasse, balkon og udsigt til en have. I really enjoy the privacy and the comforts of the room. It is a nice getaway from home, peaceful and serene. I also like the open kitchen and patio area.

It’s definitely not the standard bed and breakfast. The owner is very attentive to make your stay comfortable and provides all those kind of stuff and treats that can help you feel at home. The house is very clean, even the shared bathroom. You have access to the living room to watch tv or make yourself some tea/coffe or you can rest in the porch. Breakfast is every day a surprise, prepared with fresh ingredients and creativity.
