The place is everything you need from an apartament 15 minute away from JFK. Host is responsive and accomodate requests, beds ares comfortable, shower is hot, clean and works perfectly. Space is big! There’s a living room, a dinner room and a brand nee kitchen with appliances and courtesy food for a breakfast. Would stay again for sure.

An older house with 4 rooms (one is rented long term) and 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen (with too less plates, cups, cooking gear) also in a residential area about 25 minute walk from PATH station Journal Square. Rooms are decorated modern and cozy. A little noisy, so pray for quite tenants as we had. Shower nice with amnesties, though the foot mattress was dirty. We could check in earlier, which was a big relief for us and the whole communication with the hosts was easy.

The place is very clean, totally new and nice designed. It’s more than enough space for 2 persons. The bed is huge and very comfortable, nice blanket and many pillows so sleeping was perfect. I cooked every morning (kitchen has all you need from hornet to dishes to do any sorts of meal) and coffee machine and the owner even put free tasty coffee and sweets for us! Thank you so much! The house is very cosy. We never saw or hear any naibours. It’s very close to Manhattan with 128,165,168 that goes just next to the apartment every 2-5 min during the day and every hour during the night. Good shops two steps from apartments. But for sure the best is magnificent view to Manhattan that opens from the street so every morning you can run or drink coffee in a park looking to Manhattan 💔

Everything was great. The room was not that big but it had a llittle balcony and we could enjoy our breakfast there and that made the room feel bigger. Wifi was fast and the room had a smart TV, which helped us during the rainy days. The kitchen had all the necessary stuff to cook, so that was really helpful. The bathroom was in perfect condition and very clean. Victor was a great host, we could see him cleaning a lot and he was very open to help everytime we needed something.Location was good, 30 minutes from Manhattan and the subway was less than 10 minutes walking, I would definitely go again when going back to NY.
