Excellent hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Located at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and situated 300 metres from Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Twin Mountain Inn & Suites features a seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi access and free private parking. Perfect for our family of 4. Great location with beautiful views overlooking the creek. Nice breakfast and the room itself was clean, large and comfortable.
