The dinner service is also well-organized, but it requires planning from travelers, as the hotel requests advance notice for dinner reservations to guarantee fresh and high-quality meals. The hotel is somewhat removed from the city, making it secluded and quiet. However, the transfer service provided by the hotel to the falls and city center is very convenient and works seamlessly. I would like to highlight the cordiality of the hotel team, who were always available to assist and answer all my questions. They helped me with everything from arranging airport transfers to giving tips on where to buy souvenirs in the city. A special thanks to Grace, who helped me organize tours and kindly arranged a breakfast bag for the day when my tour started before breakfast service. Be sure to do the Sunset Cruise offered by the Lodge – it's a unique experience!

The building and grounds are peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the housekeeping is impeccable. Clive and Leslie run a very good boutique hotel, however, this would mean nothing if it were not for the fantastic staff. I have stayed in some very high end hotels,but the staff at Courtney Lodge treat you in a way that makes you feel truly special. Their smiles and actions are sincere, they truly want your stay to be the best ever. Taku, the manager, was incredibly helpful making transportation arrangements and providing information about activities and restaurants. The housekeepers, Rudo, Nissi and Blessed, were tirelessly working to keep the room ready for you at the end of the day and constantly cleaning around the property. But the one thing that truly impressed us was their cook Danny, who prepared great breakfasts and incredible dinners. He and Clement and Kudzi, made meals and our stay in general, very special. They do everything with genuine smiles and warmth, even the grounds keeper, Balance, always had a smile and a kind greeting. If you come to Victoria Falls, you have to experience The Courtney Lodge!

Absolutely stunning facilities situated in a very quite streat with changes to spot wild animals outside the gate. Super clean, the reception from all the staff was very friendly, relaxed yet proffesional. Wifi worked well in all the areas. Really nice breakfast with both yoghurt, cereals and fresh fruit, in addition to the tradditional English breakfast. They don't serve lunch/dinner but they will assist you in ordering take-away from several restaurants in Vic falls. The facility even has a 24hour bar with nice refreshments. You will be assisterad in booking activities and transport from reliable companies in vic falls, and adviced which to avoid. This phenomenal place contributed in making Vic falls the highlight of our trip! Best regards Anna and Helena

The owners were on site and very friendly. Food was very good as well, especially the included breakfast. The rooms were very nice sized with a good sized bathroom.
