Location- the apartment is located in calm and peaceful part of Maspalomas. You can find well-equipped SPAR shop and good restaurants in walking distance. The nearest bus stop is approx. 300 m from the apartment, so you can easily get to every corner of the island or the city. Host- Fernando is perfect host. He gave us detailed information how to get into apartment and on request have a lot of useful tips where to go in order to have a good lunch or dinner. The appartment- cosy and comfortable small terraced house with all necessary equipment. on the ground floor you have a kitchen with living room and small toilet. on the first floor you have a slipping room with one big bed, and one quite big bathroom. Everything is very clean. All and all, we strongly recommend this place!

I had a great stay at this property. The accommodation was very affordable, and the property manager was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Their hospitality stood out, as they even offered me an early check-in and late check-out since the property was available. I truly appreciated their flexibility and warm attitude. The Apartment is super cozy with its nice little garden. Its located in the calmer area of maspalomas and a very good retreat from the hustle and bustle and very touristy areas of the town. It is very well connected by bus, very comfortable and well furnished. A supermarket is right across the street and there are some pools on the premises. I enjoyed my stay a lot!

The property was clean and well equipped. The location was very good with a bus stop outside which made exploring the island very easy and also a supermarket a few feet away. We loved the pool the beaches and the sun . Thank you Dolores for such good communication and clear arrangements. We would definitely recommend and stay again .
