The bungalow is super spacious and has a kitchen inside which made a big difference for us as we were able to cook our own food sometimes, giving us freedom to buy things and store in the fridge. The location is nice and the little garden is cute!

Steps away from Jemeluk Bay snorkelling spot, Sama Sama Amed houses a restaurant and provides snorkelling equipment on site. It features Balinese-inspired bungalows surrounded by tropical greenery.

I got the sea view option and it was impeccable. Lovely views, just some steps from an unbelievable snorkelling spot, beautiful beach and close to the Agung view. The location is great so it’s on the main road. Staff is lovely and helpful, and the restaurant offers really good meals at reasonable prices. Will definitely come back.

Large bungalow right on the black volcanic beach with snorkeling right outside your room and fabulous views of Mount Agung. Pool was lovely as was breakfast and the staff were very friendly and kind. Had delicious food from the menu onsite which is cooked and delivered by Bliss warung. Good value basic accommodation with semi outdoor bathroom complete with wildlife ha ha. Perfect place to chill and do nothing, bars and warungs in walking distance. Contact them either here or directly if you would like a bungalow overlooking the sea for a small upgrade as only 2 pool views bungalows are available on this site. Owner was very prompt and helpful when we arrange an extra nights stay.

Everything is perfect. Rooms are huge and comfy with all the facilities you need; fridge, kettle, mugs, wardrobe, fresh water etc. The garden and pool area are great. The resort is really well maintained and staff are lovely.

It was clean, air conditioned with a lovely swimming pool and not far from beaches for snorkeling.

Wonderful location right on the beach. Amed is like the ‘real’ Bali, a traditional fishing village with quite a few villas and catering for tourists. A great diving spot, you can snorkel just off the beach.
